For tool issues, the most useful report includes the tool URL, browser name, file type, file size range, and the exact result or error shown on the page. Do not send sensitive source files unless a separate secure support process is explicitly provided.
Before reporting a problem
- Keep the original file unchanged so you can compare the generated output.
- Try the same task in a current desktop Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox browser.
- For large CSV work, use a desktop browser and keep the tab open until the report is complete.
Privacy boundary
Core tools are designed to process inputs locally in the browser. A support conversation should describe the problem rather than include private customer data, merchant exports, access tokens, or confidential files.
