Using TaskReadyTools

By using TaskReadyTools, you are responsible for deciding whether a tool is appropriate for your file, data, browser, device, and destination workflow. The tools are provided to help with practical checks and transformations, but they do not replace your own review.

Utility outputs and review responsibility

• Generated reports are review aids.
• Converted files should be checked before use.
• Calculations should be verified when the result affects money, operations, or compliance.
• Keep original files before downloading or replacing anything.
• Re-run checks after editing source files.

No guarantee of third-party acceptance

TaskReadyTools can identify common file, formatting, image, text, or data issues, but it cannot guarantee that Shopify, Amazon, Google, a print provider, a marketplace, a browser, or any other third-party system will accept a file or output.

Destination platforms may apply account-specific, category-specific, regional, or changing validation rules that TaskReadyTools cannot fully know.

No official affiliation

References to Shopify, Amazon, Google, browsers, file formats, and other third-party names are used to describe compatibility, file types, upload workflows, or public requirements. TaskReadyTools is not endorsed by, certified by, sponsored by, or officially connected with those third parties.

User files and sensitive data

You are responsible for the files, text, URLs, and data you choose to process. Do not use TaskReadyTools with data you are not allowed to handle. Do not send confidential files, passwords, access tokens, API keys, cookies, or private customer data to support unless a separate secure process is explicitly provided.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for unlawful activity.
• Do not attempt to overload, scrape, attack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use outputs in a way that violates another platform's terms.
• Do not misrepresent TaskReadyTools reports as official approval from a third-party platform.

Your materials and TaskReadyTools content

You keep responsibility for and any rights you have in files, text, images, URLs, and other materials you process. You must have permission to use those materials. The TaskReadyTools name, site design, explanatory content, and original tool materials may not be copied or presented as another service without permission, except where applicable law allows it.

Availability and changes
