Privacy
TaskReadyTools is designed around browser-local file preparation. Most tools process pasted text, selected files, and generated reports inside the current browser session. If a tool ever needs upload-based processing, that page must say so clearly before use.
What stays local
Files, pasted CSV rows, JSON, image checks, generated reports, and copied outputs are handled by the tool page in your browser unless a specific tool states another processing mode. The site does not require an account for core tools.
Large local files
Large CSV tools use browser workers and file streaming where available. The recommended lane is up to 500MB on modern desktop Chrome or Edge. Files are not uploaded by these local tools, but the tab must stay open while the job runs.
Mobile browsers and older browsers may not expose the streaming APIs needed for large-file work. If a file is above the recommended lane, split it first and run smaller parts.
Practical limits
Browser-local processing depends on your device, browser, available memory, and the file format. Review tool reports before using output files in a production import, print job, marketplace upload, or client handoff.
