Support focus

Useful support starts with the exact tool URL, browser, file type, approximate size, and visible result. Do not send private source files unless a secure process is explicitly provided.

Start with the tool page

Each tool page includes a workbench, data-handling note, tool guide, common issues, and FAQ. Before reporting a problem, check the page for input requirements, limitations, and expected output.

  • Confirm you are using the correct tool for the file or text.
  • Read the Data handling note.
  • Review the limitations or readiness details.
  • Keep the original file unchanged.
  • Try a small sample file if the original is large.

Common troubleshooting

Refresh and retry

Reload the page and run the same task again. If a temporary browser state caused the issue, a clean reload may fix it.

Use a current desktop browser

For file-heavy tools, use a current version of Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox on desktop when possible.

Test a smaller sample

If a large file fails, try a small sample with the same columns or format. This helps separate file-size problems from format problems.

Check extensions

Some browser extensions can block scripts, downloads, workers, or file access. Try a clean browser profile if a page behaves unexpectedly.

Large CSV and file guidance

Large local file work depends on browser memory, file streaming support, workers, and device resources. Modern desktop Chrome or Edge is usually the safest lane for large CSV work.

  • Keep the tab open while the job runs.
  • Do not refresh during a worker task.
  • Split files above the recommended size lane.
  • Avoid mobile browsers for large CSV processing.
  • Keep original files before downloading cleaned or split output.

What support can help with

  • A tool page does not load.
  • A browser error appears.
  • A result looks unclear or misleading.
  • A report misses a case the page claims to check.
  • A limitation or warning is missing.
  • A mobile layout or accessibility issue blocks use.
  • A privacy or data-handling statement is unclear.

What support cannot do

  • Cannot access your Shopify, Amazon, Google, or marketplace account.
  • Cannot submit files for you.
  • Cannot guarantee a destination platform will accept an upload.
  • Cannot provide official platform support.
  • Cannot review confidential source files without a secure process.
  • Cannot provide legal, tax, financial, security, or compliance advice.

Reporting checklist

When emailing support@taskreadytools.com, include:

  • Tool URL
  • Browser name and version if available
  • Device type
  • File type
  • Approximate file size range
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened
  • Exact error text or report output
  • Whether the issue repeats after refresh

Privacy-safe reporting

A good support report usually does not need the original file. Describe the issue, share column names or a small synthetic sample if needed, and remove private customer data, secrets, credentials, or business-confidential information.

Privacy, cookie, and advertising support

Questions about browser storage, analytics, advertising cookies, Google services, consent choices, or privacy requests can be sent to support@taskreadytools.com with the subject “Privacy request.”

For current disclosures and advertising controls, read the Privacy and Cookie Policy. Do not email identity documents or sensitive records unless a secure verification process is specifically provided.
