Reconcile boxes at two levels

First check each row for a usable SKU, box number, and quantity. Then aggregate the rows by SKU and by box. The SKU view catches shortages or overages against the shipment plan; the box view catches empty, duplicated, or implausible assignments that are difficult to see in a long spreadsheet.

• Keep box labels stable between packing, spreadsheet entry, and carrier handoff.
• Investigate duplicate SKU-and-box rows before deciding whether they should be combined.
• Use expected totals only when they come from the current shipment plan.

Freeze the file after the physical pack is final

A correct spreadsheet can become wrong if units move between boxes after the check. Make the final physical changes first, update the source rows, and run the file again. Keep the checked report with the shipment record so an exception can be traced to a row and box rather than reconstructed from memory.

• Do not reuse an earlier box file after repacking.
• Confirm that zero and blank quantities were not introduced by formulas.
• Retain Amazon's shipment feedback as the final platform-side evidence.
