Shopify Customer CSV Import Cleanup

Map customer columns, normalize emails, find duplicates, validate consent fields and export a cleaner Shopify customer CSV.

Clean customer CSV rows before import so invalid emails, duplicate customers, and consent fields are visible first.

Quick checklist

  1. 1Map customer fields before cleaning rows if the source file is not Shopify-shaped.
  2. 2Normalize emails, names, phones, and explicit consent values.
  3. 3Download both the clean customer CSV and the issue report before import.

  • Blank consent fields that should be reviewed before import

Limits and boundaries

  • Does not import customers into Shopify.
  • Does not migrate passwords, order history, or account states.
